Maria, a visionary with over two decades of experience in social care, charity and mental health services, our mission to redefine access to mental health support is at the forefront of what we do.

Maria's influence spans diverse spheres over the years, having collaborated with prestigious institutions including renowned universities and experience in local councils. As a former Director of Services for one of the UK's largest online mental health charities, Maria's commitment to well-being has touched countless lives.

Notably, Maria's youth charity, 'The Dream Project,' earned recognition at The Visionary Arts Awards in 2020, underscoring her profound impact on young people's mental health in London.

With a range of knowledge & certifications in Counselling, Complex trauma,
Informed training in Mastering Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts-work.
